When you cannot have one more of the same old morning smoothie this Berry Booster recipe is the one to try. You can save money and time by using frozen berries instead of delicate (and expensive) fresh berries.

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon  local bee pollen
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 scoop collagen peptides (unflavored)

Instructions

Add almond milk followed by the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth

Notes

Add some toppings like shelled pistachios, golden raisins, & wheat germ.

For a thicker smoothie reduce the liquid by 1/4
