Green Goddess Smoothie

Green Goddess Smoothie

During the week your morning routine can get so full that breakfast can seem more like a luxury than a necessity. But having a few things on hand to throw together a green smoothie is a great way to set yourself up for success. This will avoid a mid morning crash that leads into a frantic Starbucks run (we are looking at you sous vide bites!).

Green smoothies get a bad rap for tasting more like cut grass than breakfast. The key is to mask the flavor of your greens with things like matcha powder, vanilla almond milk and yogurt. If you need to hide even more kale flavor try adding a green apple.
