Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon local bee pollen
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 scoop collagen peptides (unflavored)
Instructions
Add almond milk followed by the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth
Notes
Add some toppings like shelled pistachios, golden raisins, & wheat germ.
For a thicker smoothie reduce the liquid by 1/4
